Warrior Flow, Virabhadrasana

In this session Marisa will guide you through a Warrior Flow consisting Virabhadrasana I, Virabhadrasana II and Virabhadrasana III.

Virabhadrasana strengthens the muscles in the thighs, calves and back, and stretches the shoulders, hamstrings, arms, thighs and groin, opens the hips, and helps realign the spine.

I enjoyed this video/routine. My only issue is that it was hard to follow on video because it keeps switching sides of the mat. Please keep in mind people are watching this on a computer screen so it can be difficult to follow the video that way. I had to move my laptop several times in the middle of the routine so that I could follow along.

Hello: I paid 67$ to download videos on my computer. But I cannot do so. I already emailed once with the question but never heard back. Can you please tell me how to download the vidoes? Thanks.

Hello Linda, when you’re logged in you see a blue download button. Just right click it and selecte “Save” or "Save As” to store the file on your computer. I hope this works for you. You can also read the FAQ on how to save videos.
