Self Massage


Amanda shows you how to do a self massage using two tennis balls (if you only have one, that's fine as well). Our bodies have connective tissue that is wrapped around all our muscles, bones and organs that connects the body. It reacts to our emotions, our thought patterns and can tighten. This self massage class will help to relieve tightness in the shoulders and relieve lower backpain and headaches.
