Moon Salutations - Chandra Namaskar


Moon Salutations (Chandra Namaskar) is the balancing sequence to Surya Namaskar. The practice of Chandra Namaskar pays reverence to the moon, dark and coolness. Chandra Namaskar is meant to soothe and calm your body. This series stretches and tones your muscles along the sides of your body, engages your core muscles and strengthens the arms. It also helps you to align the spine and relieves tension in the neck, shoulders and arms.
