Forward Folds & Seated Twists

In this session Marisa will guide you through a sequence of forward folds and seated twists, coming into an arm balance, Koundinyasana.

Forward bends will help a sore back, tight hamstrings, or just to relax and de-stress. Seated twists improves digestion and the processing of the liver and kidneys, relieves backaches, sciatica, and menstrual discomfort. It also stretches the upper body.
